Nuclear Medicine: Imaging, here we go!

This app about going to imaging is useful for preparing children 3-18 years old with autism spectrum disorders and other intellectual and developmental disabilities. It explains the steps for the child who will undergo either an MRI, CT scan or X-ray. The app includes social cues, events and expectations for the child. The app helps children learn about and become familiar with an imaging visit before it actually occurs.
